5 Year Warranty

NOTUSCO Pty Ltd will repair at no charge any fault occurring during normal usage. Faults covered by this warranty are those that are found to be caused by failure of materials or defective workmanship during the first 5 years from date of purchase. Ice boxes used for commercial purposes are provided with a warranty covering one year from date of purchase.

Ice boxes purchased before 1/7/2009 are covered by a one year warranty.

Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage caused by unreasonable usage

Transport costs to and from repair agent appointed by Xtracool

Transit insurance costs

Damage in transit

Proof of purchase may be required so please keep your receipt. This warranty is not transferable.
All returns for warranty repairs must quote the Xtracool warranty repair reference number.
