You have the option to insure your ice box fully insured against loss or damage while in transit. Insurance prices are;

• $100 of cover with no excess for $5.50
• $250 of cover with no excess for $16.50

What are the delivery charges for an Xtracool Ice Box ?

Delivery charges for QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC customers are $10 delivery per item.

How long does delivery take for an Xtracool Ice Box ?

We will dispatch your ice box within 2 business days, however courier delivery time will depend on where it is to be delivered.

Please note that couriers are usually unable to deliver to rural areas outside of towns. Providing a delivery address in town is the best option, but if this is not possible, the courier will contact you to advise where your ice box will be available for you to pick up.
