Whilst we make every endeavor to carry ample stock at all times, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time.
If the goods have been damaged or broken in transit then notify us immediately. Indemnity insurance has been provided for the item, and we are liable to pay you only up to the limit equal to the original purchase price plus delivery charges. We do not cover return freight expenses on warranty or 30 day return claims. You will bear the risk of loss or damage to the returned goods, unless we have agreed to indemnity insurance for the item, in which case we are liable to pay you only up to the limit of the agreed insurance. You will always bear all risk of loss or damage arising in connection with the goods. We will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage arising from the supply of or failure to supply service (including deterioration, mis-delivery or failure to deliver goods), for any reason whatsoever including breach of contract and negligence. We and any agents and subcontractors used by us have the benefit of these exclusions and limitations of liability even if any loss or damage arises for any reason whatsoever. Whilst our couriers will make every endeavor to deliver your parcel, there may be instances where a collection card will be left. Should this occur, the onus will be on the customer to arrange collection or redelivery with the courier. Unfortunately we are unable to accept redelivery charges. Insurance will not be included on any items unless you instruct us to do so on checkout by selecting the insurance option.
Your concern is important to us and for that reason we ask that you notify us in writing with a copy of the invoice within thirty days of delivery. No item shall be returned without prior agreement between the purchaser and Xtracool Ice Boxes. In the case of faulty goods we may ask you to return the item and all parts in their original packaging at your expense. All items will be refunded upon safe arrival and inspection that the goods have been returned in an unused and undamaged condition in the case of a return within thirty days, or that the goods are indeed faulty in the case of a warranty return.
An order may be canceled when Xtracool Ice Boxes is notified in writing before the order is sent. A 10% handling/processing fee will apply. If for some reason we cannot supply the product within two weeks no fees will be charged when the order is canceled (excludes special order items). Please note special orders cannot be cancelled after goods are shipped from the manufacturing factory. Any refunds will be credited to the account on which the order was purchased.
